Three Cities Bike Ride - 28 May 2014

Cycle from London to Brussels via Amsterdam!

The Three Cities charity bike ride is the perfect event for families, aspiring cyclists or corporate teams. Open to all cyclists from the age of 18 upwards, the course takes cyclists through some of the most beautiful countryside in the South of England, Holland and Belgium. Along the way you'll cycle along canals, through rural villages and past historic landmarks. You'll also have time to enjoy the wonderful city of Amsterdam before reaching the beautiful city of Brussels.

Dates

This ride leaves London on Wednesday the 28th of May, arriving five days later in Brussels on Sunday the 1st of June.

Itinerary

Day 1: London to Harwich (90 miles)
Leaving the bustle of London behind, we make our way through the wonderful Essex countryside towards Harwich. Form here we catch the overnight ferry to the Hook of Holland.

Day 2: Hook to Amsterdam (66 miles)
Arriving in glorious Holland we cycle past canals and historical cities to Amsterdam.

Day 3: Amsterdam to Turnhout (110 miles)
We make our way down through the beautiful Dutch countryside, until we arrive in gothic Turnhout.

Day 4: Turnhout to Brussels (72 miles)
Our last day in the saddle, we cycle through quiet Belgium villages on our way into the capital of Belgium.

Day 5: Brussels to London (Eurostar)
Spend the day exploring Brussels before catching the Eurostar back to London.
