Set up by a team of cycling enthusiasts, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Bike 4 Cancer is primarily a provider of days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer.
We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. cycling) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.
On the first day, Ronan will Cycle 90 miles from London to Harwich. After landing in the Hook of Holland, Ronan will cycle 60 miles to Amsterdam. On day three, Ronan will ride a staggering 112 miles to Turnhout. The fourth and final stage will take Ronan on a 70 mile dash through the Belgian countryside, arriving in Brussels in the afternoon.
