EVENT | 7th Apr 2018 |
Set up by a team of cycling enthusiasts, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Bike 4 Cancer is primarily a provider of days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer.
We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. cycling) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.
For many cyclists, a mountain stage of a major Tour is the ultimate one day test. The Paris-Roubaix Challenge though makes a mountain stage seem easy!
Along the cobble strewn route you'll experience the entire spectrum of emotions from deep despair to total elation!
The only question you have got to ask yourself is; 'Am I tough enough?' Perhaps it's time to find out...
Travel out with us on 6 April in time for the event on 7 April. Choose from a two night or three night package. Contact us for details!
This event covers three distances 70Km, 145Km and 172Km. All three routes finish in Roubaix.
You will need to raise sponsorship of £900 (before Gift Aid is added) plus a non refundable deposit of £50 (100% of the sponsorship fund will need to be raised before departure). Alternatively you can pay the tour costs yourself (£459) with no obligation to raise funds - although we hope you will try! NB: Prices are based on 2 people sharing. Single room supplement is £119.
