Katie Wood cycles the London to Brighton

Bike 4 Cancer - About Us

Set up by a team of cycling enthusiasts, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Bike 4 Cancer is primarily a provider of days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer.

We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. cycling) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.

Katie says:

Hello,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

On Sunday 6th September I will be taking part in the 2015 London to Brighton bike ride.

Starting on Clapham Common, the 58 mile route travels through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before finishing in front of Brighton Pier.

I would be very grateful if you could help me in achieving my goal to raise money for Bike 4 Cancer. Your support will help me through the training as well as carrying me through on the day (especially when it comes to tackling Ditchling Beacon!).

Thank you very much!!
