Jack Ashwood rides to Brussels!

On Wednesday the 27th of May, Jack Ashwood will start an epic four day cycle challenge in aid of Bike 4 Cancer. Jack will cycle 350 miles in just four days!

On day one, Jack will cycle 90 miles from London to Harwich. After landing in the Hook of Holland, he will ride 70 miles to Amsterdam. Day three sees a staggering 112 mile ride to Turnhout. The final stage will take Jack on a 70 mile dash through the Belgian countryside, arriving in Brussels in the afternoon.

Jack said:

I am raising money for Bike 4 Cancer as I have family who are currently dealing with challenges that come from living with cancer.

I also feel that an awareness of exercise as a means to prevent cancer is an important message for people to hear. Research into the positive effects of 'being active' is something I feel is important.
