Between the 5th and the 13th of September 2014, Chris Pearson intends to cycle the length of Great Britain.
Riding North from Land's End to John O'Groats, Chris intends to ride 969 miles in just 9 days.
Described as the 'ultimate British cycling challenge', the Deloitte Ride Across Britain is the ultimate way of riding the legendary 'End to End'.
Chris said:
I wanted to support Bike 4 Cancer on this ride as I lost my father to cancer fourteen years ago this weekend. Other family members have also been affected.

Set up by a team of cyclists, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Bike 4 Cancer provides respite services for British families affected by cancer. We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. cycling) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.
