Set up by a team of cycling enthusiasts, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Bike 4 Cancer is primarily a provider of days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer.
We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. cycling) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.
Perry takes on the Ark to Arc challenge to raise funds for Bike 4 Cancer and the Ark Cancer Centre Charity!
On the 12 July 2017 Perry will set off on his epic Ark to Arc challenge leaving from the Ark Cancer Centre in Basingstoke and cycling to Porstmouth before getting the overnight ferry to Caen in aid of Bike 4 Cancer and the Ark Cancer Centre Charity.
Rob will then spend a further 3 days in the saddle cycling from Caen to Alencon and then onto Evreux finally finishing in Paris!

Commenting on his challenge, Perry said:
"The stats of getting Cancer are about one in four allegedly!
In 2016, after listening to Merv Rees (Cancer Specialist) and the importance of having a Cancer treatment Centre in North Hampshire, I thought let’s get off my backside and help. So, last year I rode the London to Brighton with a team to help raise funds and awareness for the Ark.
When I was approached to be part of this ride, I thought NO! But then, I thought, come on let’s help and do this for North Hampshire… And a few days in France.
